GAMEVIEWING Only guided drives in our game viewing vehicle are allowed, so you won’t be stranded at a sighting with other vehicles crowding your space. Our guide will take you on safari in search of creatures big and small.
BUSHWALKS Walk with an armed guide and experience the thrill of a close-up encounter with a bush giant, or marvel at the small things in nature.
BUSHBRAAI OR PICNIC Bring your own food and have your lunch under a big tree in the African bush.
SWIMMING Cool down in our swimming pool during the heat of the day while watching game in the river.
VOLLEYBAL We have a beach volleyball court and large lawns where those who are young at heart can play to hearts content.
NIGHT DRIVES Experience the magic of the African bush at night! Feel small while watching the stars as you have never seen them before. At night the predators come out to hunt, maybe you can join them as a spectator?
BIRDWATCHING Struwig is a birdwatcher’s paradise! A diverse selection of water and savannah birds makes this a haven for bird lovers.
SAND PIT A sand pit is available for the kids. Here they can play while parents can keep an eye on them.
SELF-CATERING The reserve is fully self-catering. No food. bedding, pillows and towels are provided. No pets allowed!
MALARIA The reserve is in a malaria area. Consult your doctor regarding prophylactic medications.
