BOOKING Booking can only be done through the office. Contact us to confirm the availability of your desired date. The necessary forms will be sent to you. The booking remains provisional until we receive a 50% deposit on your total accommodation amount. The payment date will be shown on your form. (Within two weeks of booking.) Your booking will only be confirmed after the full deposit has been received. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice, should you fail to pay the required deposit within the two week period. You remain responsible for the full amount of your booking, unless you cancel the booking in writing via fax or e-mail. Cancellation of your booking (or partial cancellations) within thirty days before your scheduled arrival will occur a 50% cancellation fee. All remaining accommodation costs must be paid in full at least one week before your arrival. Please fax or e-mail your confirmation of payment to the office.
Expenses occurred during your visit must be settled in full before leaving the reserve. We do not take bank cards on the reserve, only cash or cheques. |
